La Mesa Española

If you need a couple of extra points for the SHS, you can sit at Mesa, the LISG table where everyone speaks Spanish! You can receive 1/2 of a point each time that you sit at the table. You may sit for up to 4 times at the Mesa. Señora Ameri will be on lunch duty Wednesdays and Fridays, which are the two days that you may sit. Take this activity seriously. If the Chairpeople of Mesa/Mrs. Ameri feel(s) that you are not appropriately participating in the lunch period, you won't earn the 1/2 point, and points mean everything in the SHS! This Activity is Perfect for:
Those who don't have time to work on a project after school.
Those who don't have a free period or study hall during the Lower/Middle School helper times.
Those who wish to improve their Spanish-speaking skills. (For example, this activity is perfect for those who will take the FLACS A or FLACS B because you can practice your accent, sentence structure, etc.!)
Those who like to socialize during lunchtime.
